We have just completed a fantastic day on the Dunstan Trail thanks to Mike and Queenstown Bike Hire. We were picked up at our accommodation in Queenstown and driven to Cromwell by Mike who shared great conversation and local insight along the way. Our ebikes were excellent and the pannier pack provided was very handy for carrying our lunch and the wine we purchased along the trail! When we reached Clyde, Mike was waiting for us to drive us home. Such a great day. Friendly, efficient, accommodating, and professional - highly recommended!

Amazing experience, first time users of ebikes, we had such a good experience with Mike, his team were so good as we did not want to cancel due to bad weather so they worked with us to make sure we could still get a trip in. He came to pick us up at our arrived destination at the end of the bike trip early just in case we had got too wet due to the rain. Mike packed the bikes for us so we could dry out in the warm van then he waited while we went to a cafe to have lunch, and was happy to wait for as long as we wanted. Mike gave us suggestions for future trips based on our ability. Highly recommend this company, we will certainly be using again.
