Every hire includes a helmet, drink bottle holder, small pannier, and a full bike toolkit. We’ll also help with bike setup and route suggestions so you can start riding with confidence.

Yes, booking ahead is recommended, especially in peak periods and for specific bike sizes or models. Pre-booking helps us reserve the right bike and have everything ready for a smooth start. Book online here, or contact our team for help with a booking. 

We provide a bike toolkit with every bike hire, so in the rare event of a puncture or loose chain you can fix the bike.
If you’re not comfortable doing this, or if something more serious occurs we can come and meet you on the trail to assist.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on your booking type and notice period.

If we need to cancel due to bad weather we will either reschedule if suitable, or refund your booking*. If there are light showers we usually go ahead, but don’t worry, we won’t send you out in horrible weather!
